Two-three days ago I
found out from a friend that some bloggers, within 1 year of starting blogging
earning lakhs of rupees. Surprisingly,
these people are Hindi bloggers! I thought that where I got years in earning
good money, how do these new comers earn so much money so fast?
At first, I got some
doubt but then I saw their site. I got their
Monthly Income Report from site, which was great to see ....
Page views in one
month: 3 million 50 thousand
Earnings in one month:
around Rs 80,000
Oh My God!
How can this be
possible ?
Catch is Unique Blog and its Niche"
1. Greater earning
blogs are from TECH blogs, i.e. they write about things like technology,
blogging, Facebook, Whatsapp, website creation.
2. and the other point
is they write in English but of Hindi fonts.
i.e. "My name is
Gopal Mishra" in Hindi, then I will write ... "My name is
Gopalimalasrao"
The more earning
bloggers will write ... " Mera naam Gopal Misra hai"
That is, they write
Hindi using A-B-C-D, let us call it Roman Hindi ... and I write Hindi using A,
B, C, D i.e. Devanagari script, as we are taught from childhood.
What happens to this?
I think Google Adsense treats such blogs as
English blogs and that's why their CPCs are as high as the English sites.
It happens that such
bloggers are earning for Hindi speakers even after doing English blogs.
Meaning, where Hindi
people earn 2-3 rupees on the 1 add click, the English ones ... .8-12 rupees *
But what about user
experience?
I think the proper reading
of Hindi will be more comfortable in Devnagari. But I am not sure, I do not
know how much new generation is more comfortable to read.
Actually, in the era
of SMS and whatsapp, crores of people have used the habit of writing in such a
way ... that they may be more comfortable in this. But personally, it seems
right to me to read things in Devanagari Hindi only.
So, can you write in
this way the Tech blog?
I think this should
not happen. Other niche blogs should also have earnings like English ... but
again I'm not sure. If a reader can tell something about this, please give us
help by putting comment.
Is there any risk in
writing like this?
I think there might be
a huge risk in this .... The risk of this is that if Google started writing
this way of writing "Hindi" instead of "English" then suddenly
such bloggers would earn from adsense
–one third or one fourth, which is a big risk. But it's just a assumption that
Google is treating blogs like English .... If this assumption is wrong, then
the complete risk of this will end
automatically.
The second risk is
that in the coming time, the use of Hindi Input tools will grow faster ... in
this case those who want to read things in Hindi can search by type in Hindi.
For ex: The query is
now: "How to make a blog in Hindi?" Or "blog kaise
banaye" be queried as "How to
Create a Blog"
Then the blogs with
Devanagari will start coming up in search ... .and the traffic of these blogs
with such Roman Hindi will be reduced.
However, in the near
future there is no such thing happening, but who knows, when people change
their search habits!
Is there anything that
seems like the future of such blogs is bright?
Absolutely –
Google indexes queries
from Roamn Hindi in our search queires:
If you type in the Google
Search Box and type "Internet se ..." then it automatically comes to
you "internet money"
That is, Google
understands that people also search in this way. And before things that mass people like, Google can not
negate it.
It is also a matter of
fact that-
Such inquiries -
"internet se paise kaise kamaye" search results are very few ... only
39000
Whereas if you search
"How to earn money from Internet", you get 5.77 million results
And if you search
"how to earn money from internet in hindi" then you get 1,800 to 60
thousand results.
What do these numbers
mean?
This means that the
competition in Roman Hindi is very low. These are less content internet than
search queries, i.e., if you develop content like this, you will face less
competition and you will be able to attract more traffic in less time.
And if Google treats
it as English content then you will be able to earn well. Another thing is that
Google's Speech through query software
is also designed for Roman Hindi.
If you have seen a mic
at the end of Google search box, then click on your query, "How to Create
a Blog"
So it comes
automatically by typing in the search box "Blog kaise banaye" ... try
it now ... it is quite interesting.
It means, Google is
currently converting the speech according to English phonetics ... which is a
plus point for bloggers with Roman Hindi.
And the biggest thing is that even these
bloggers are writing in Roman Hindi, but at the end of the day ... they are
creating some valuable content that millions of people are ready to consume.
And where there is value Creation, there should not be any objection to a
company like Google. And in case there is
and they ban adsense on such
blogs, there are many more ways to make money ... just you should have traffic!
What is the conclusion
?
Conclusion It turns
out that if you are looking to blog for money ... which most people want, then
this Roman Hindi concept can be beneficial for you ... as you know ... There is
less competition and money is high.
If you want to earn
money, promote Hindi language on
Internet and to create a valuable content in long term, it would be better to
create content in Hindi using Devanagari script. Because ultimately content is
the king ... if your site is valuable and properly search engine optimized then
it will also get traffic and if traffic
comes then money will be coming in some way ... and who knows ... like waiting
for years After the Google Adsense started supporting Hindi, similarly, after a
few more years, Hindi websites also started getting better as English websites!
Friends, I have used
words such as "maybe ... may be ... I think ..." in this article ...
which shows that what I am writing here can not be considered as a stone racket
.... What do you decide for your blogging career? It totally depends on you.
This is my only attempt through this article that you should know the current options and take a
informed decision.
