Eight policemen in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur were shot dead by some criminals a few hours ago, officials said. A senior police officer of the rank of deputy superintendent of police, three sub inspectors and four constables were shot dead by criminals in Dikru village in Kanpur, about 150 km from state capital Lucknow.
