A new terror wave has gripped Kashmir - targeted killings of civilians. Seven Kashmir men have been killed by terrorists in five days. A Sikh school principal and a Hindu teacher were shot dead a day after a chemist and a labourer was killed. Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has promised strong action saying no one will be spared.
