Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath, who is contesting an assembly bypoll from Chhindwara, taking a jibe at the BJP said the Modi government, ruling at the centre, has failed to deliver its poll promises. "Modi ji has not been able to deliver. The people of Madhya Pradesh are innocent. I appeal to the people in the state to protect the interest of the state and the nation," Mr Nath said.
