मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ आज गाजीपुर और वाराणसी के दौरे पर रहे. गाजीपुर में उन्होंने कांग्रेस और समाजवादी पार्टी पर तीखा हमला करते हुए कहा कि इन दलों ने हमेशा राष्ट्र नायकों का अपमान किया है. उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि पहले यहां 'गाजी सलार मसूद' का मेला लगवाया जाता था, लेकिन बीजेपी सरकार आने के बाद अब 'महाराज सुहेलदेव' की स्मृति में मेला आयोजित होगा. सीएम ने कहा कि सपा सरकार ने बाबा साहेब भीमराव अंबेडकर और संत रविदास के नाम पर बने मेडिकल कॉलेजों और जिलों के नाम बदलकर प्रदेश की पहचान को नुकसान पहुंचाया. साथ ही उन्होंने पिछली सरकारों पर किसानों, व्यापारियों और महिलाओं की अनदेखी और भ्रष्टाचार का भी आरोप लगाया.मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि डबल इंजन की बीजेपी सरकार राष्ट्र नायकों को सम्मान देती है और इसी कड़ी में बहराइच में महाराज सुहेलदेव की भव्य प्रतिमा भी स्थापित की गई है.वहीं सावन के पहले दिन सीएम योगी वाराणसी पहुंचे, जहां उन्होंने काशी विश्वनाथ मंदिर में जलाभिषेक और काल भैरव मंदिर में पूजा-अर्चना की. प्रदेश में सावन और कांवड़ यात्रा को देखते हुए सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतजाम किए गए हैं और मुख्यमंत्री खुद इन तैयारियों पर नजर बनाए हुए हैं.

Now, the recent use of pellet guns during the student protests in Delhi has brought back horrifying memories of this crowd-control weapon. A large number of people in Kashmir valley have suffered lifelong disabilities including loss of eyesight but are reluctant to speak. Pellet guns have not been used in Kashmir valley for some time due to a change in the ground situation. However, hundreds of victims like Insha stand as witnesses on how lethal pump-action could be when it is used to deal with protests or law and order situations. In 2016, Kashmir saw the biggest mass-blinding campaign. Of 12,000 people who were injured, at least 6,000 were hit by pellets during periods of unrest. The foreign media called it an "epidemic of dead eye".

महाराष्ट्र TET पेपर लीक मामले में भिवंडी पुलिस को बड़ी सफलता मिली है। मामले के मुख्य सरगना बिजेंद्र कुमार गुप्ता को बिहार के समस्तीपुर से गिरफ्तार कर भिवंडी लाया गया है, जहां आज उसे कोर्ट में पेश किया जाएगा. जांच में खुलासा हुआ कि बिजेंद्र और उसके साथी ने प्रिंटिंग प्रेस कर्मचारियों को लालच देकर मात्र 8 हजार रुपये में प्रश्नपत्र हासिल किया और उसे जूते में छिपाकर बाहर निकाला. बाद में यह पेपर भिवंडी और पुणे में परीक्षार्थियों को बेचकर करीब डेढ़ करोड़ रुपये की कमाई की गई. पुलिस अब तक 14 आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर चुकी है, जिनमें इंद्रजीत सिंह उर्फ पीकू भी शामिल है। 28 जून को होने वाली परीक्षा इस लीक के बाद रद्द कर दी गई थी और अब पूरे सिंडिकेट की परतें खुल रही हैं.

राजपाल यादव को फिर जाना होगा जेल... चेक बाउंस केस में दिल्‍ली हाई कोर्ट ने सजा को रखा बरकरार

बॉलीवुड एक्‍टर राजपाल यादव को चेक बाउंस मामले में दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट से बड़ा झटका लगा है. कोर्ट ने उनकी सजा बरकरार रखते हुए उन्हें 3 महीने जेल की सजा सुनाई है. मामला एक पुराने चेक बाउंस से जुड़ा है, जिसमें निचली अदालत ने राजपाल यादव को पहले ही दोषी ठहराया था. राजपाल यादव इस फैसले के खिलाफ हाई कोर्ट गए थे और जमानत पर बाहर थे. आज जस्टिस स्वर्ण कांता की बेंच ने उनकी सजा को बरकरार रखा और 3 महीने की सजा सुनाई.
हाई कोर्ट में मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान अदालत ने राजपाल यादव के बकाया पैसे चुकाने को लेकर बदलते बयानों पर नाराजगी जताई. हाई कोर्ट ने पहले मामले में सेटलमेंट की भी कोशिश की थी, लेकिन आखिरी सुनवाई में वीसी के जरिए पेश होकर राजपाल यादव ने सेटलमेंट से इनकार कर दिया था. इसके बाद कोर्ट ने सख्त रुख अपनाते हुए कन्विक्शन अपहोल्ड किया.
अब राजपाल यादव को 3 महीने के लिए जेल जाना होगा. कोर्ट के इस फैसले के बाद उनके सामने आगे के कानूनी विकल्प क्या होंगे, इस पर नजर रहेगी. फिलहाल यह मामला राजपाल यादव के लिए एक बड़ा कानूनी झटका माना जा रहा है. कोर्ट ने साफ किया कि चेक बाउंस जैसे मामलों में समझौते से इनकार और बयानों में बदलाव को गंभीरता से लिया जाएगा.
