The Congress has announced a one-month gag order on its leaders and spokespersons in the middle of a huge internal crisis following Rahul Gandhi's refusal to continue as its chief. "The Congress has decided to not send spokespersons on television debates for a month," the party's communications head Randeep Surjewala said in a tweet on Thursday.
