On the 20th anniversary of the Kargil War, Indian Air Force BS Dhanoa spoke to NDTV about India-Pakistan conflict over the decades. On the Balakot air strikes, the Air Chief Marshall said the Air Force counted on the satellite feed for clear images of the success of the operation, however, there were clouds which came in the way. Things don't always happen exactly according to plan, he said.
