दिल्ली में पाबंदियों के बीच भी लोगों ने जमकट पटाखे जलाए. शाम होने के साथ ही पटाखों की आवाज सुनाई देने लगी थी. जिसका असर रविवार को दिल्ली की हवा में भी नजर आया. सुबह होते ही दिल्ली में धुंध की चादर से ढका हुआ नजर आया.
