Delta Variant Dominant, More Transmissible, Caused 2nd Wave

The WHO has now said that there is only one strain of COVID-19 variant, the delta variant or B.1.617.2, first found in India that is a variant of concern. A latest study by the government agencies show that the Delta variant is "more infectious" than the Alpha variant first detected in Kent, UK. It is, in fact, 50 per cent more contagious than the Alpha strain, the study says. So as cases decline, can we unlock states?
