Fondly known as 'Oxygen Man', 51-year-old Gaurav Rai from Patna has become a source of hope for families with critical COVID-19 patients at home who could not get a hospital bed and has helped over 1,500 people, so far, survive the pandemic by providing them with oxygen cylinders.
