केंद्रीय कानून राज्यमंत्री एसपी बघेल ने कहा कि बाबा साहेब अंबेडकर ने जो संविधान लिखा था उसमें देश, काल और परिस्थितियों के अनुसार 100 से अधिक संशोधन हो चुके हैं. सम सामयिक परिस्थितियों के अनुसार कानूनों में बदलाव हुए हैं. साथ ही उन्होंने पूजा स्थल अधिनियम 1991 में संशोधन की संभावना से इनकार नहीं किया है.
