चुनाव आयोग में नियुक्ति और स्वायत्ता के मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने चार दिन की सुनवाई के बाद फैसले को सुरक्षित रख लिया है. पांच सदस्यीय जजों की बेंच ने सुनवाई के बाद फैसला सुरक्षित रखा है.
