शिवसेना बनाम शिवसेना मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट फिलहाल नबाम रेबिया फैसले की समीक्षा नहीं करेगा. कोर्ट ने 2016 के पांच जजों के संविधान पीठ के फैसले को सात जजों के पास भेजने से इनकार कर दिया. इस फैसले से उद्धव ठाकरे गुट को झटका लगा है.
