2018 के एक सर्वे के मुताबिक भारत में 73 फीसदी महिलाएं मां बनने के बाद नौकरी से इस्तीफा दे देती हैं. जो नौकरी पर वापस लौटती हैं, उनमें से भी 48 फीसदी महिलाएं 4 महीने के भीतर ही नौकरी छोड़ देती हैं. ऐसे में सवाल उठता कि क्या महिलाओं के लिए 26 हफ्ते की मैटरनिटी लीव पर्याप्त है. इसी मुद्दे पर देखिए बीक्यू प्राइम की खास सीरीज.
