बिहार जातिगत गणना मामले में केंद्र से सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दाखिल हलफनामा वापिस लिया. दाखिल हलफनामें के पैरा 5 में लिखा था कि केंद्र ही जनगणना या इसके समान कोई कार्रवाई करने का हकदार है. इसी बारे में ज्यादा बता रहे हैं आशीष भार्गव.
