Phase 5 Voting: Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor Shaktikanta Das on Monday cast his vote at a polling booth in Mumbai as polling began for six Lok Sabha seats in the city. "I request all the voters to cast their votes. This is really important for democracy and a Constitutional right. Everyone must exercise this. Every voter must do it. It is good to cast vote as early as possible in the morning," he told PTI.
