Fresh details have emerged in the Goa nightclub fire investigation, revealing how the Luthra brothers-named as prime accused-allegedly fled India using a pre-planned exit strategy. Sources in the Goa Police say the brothers went off the radar soon after the blaze broke out, even as firefighters were still dousing the fire.
