As turnout remains a concern in South Mumbai constituency, Mumbai Congress chief and party's candidate in the constituency Milind Deora told NDTV that people are likely to come out in large numbers this time and vote for a change. Mr Deora, who is challenging Shiv Sena's Arvind Sawant, said voters in the constituency, who were "swayed by Modi wave last time", will now vote for substantive issues. Mr Deora recently received a glowing endorsement from industrialists Mukesh Ambani and Uday Kotak among others.
