हिमाचल प्रदेश में उपचुनाव में कांग्रेस ने जबरदस्त प्रदर्शन किया है, हिमाचल के मंडी लोकसभा सीट से पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री वीरभद्र सिंह की पत्नी प्रतिभा सिंह जीत गई हैं. इसके अलावा बाकी तीन विधानसभा पर हुए उपचुनाव में दो सीटें कांग्रेस के खाते में गई है.
