बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट की नागपुर बैंच ने दिल्ली यूनिवर्सिटी के पूर्व प्रोफेसर जीएन साईबाबा और पांच अन्य लोगों को दोषमुक्त करार दिया है. इन्हें फौरन जेल से रिहा करने का आदेश दिया गया है. माओवादियों से संपर्क रखने के आरोप में उन्हें 2017 में सत्र अदालत ने उम्र कैद की सजा सुनाई थी.
