शिवसेना में बगावत के बाद मुंबई में अंधेरी ईस्ट विधानसभा का उपचुनाव एक तरह से शिवसेना उद्धव ठाकरे और एकनाथ शिंदे गुट के बीच अग्नि परीक्षा बन गया है. बीजेपी ने मुरजी पटेल को उम्मीदवार बनाया गया है, वहीं उद्धव ठाकरे गुट की ओर से ऋतुजा लटके को उम्मीदवार बनाया गया है.
