सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हाईकोर्ट का 7 दिनों में जमीन को खाली कराने का फैसला सही नहीं माना है और हाईकोर्ट के फैसले पर फिलहाल रोक लगाई है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने उत्तराखंड सरकार से भी पूछा है कि लोग 50 सालों से रह रहे हैं. उनके पुनर्वास के लिए कोई योजना होनी चाहिए.
