In order to show solidarity with the people of Manipur, Mizoram Chief Minister Zoramthanga today joined a rally against the violence held in the state. The rally took place in Mizoram's capital Aizawl. Banners against the Manipur rapes were seen at that rally. Thousands of common people joined them in the peaceful protest with placards and posters, decrying the violence in the neighbouring state.
