वोटर आईडी को आधार से लिंक करने का बिल राज्यसभा से भी पास हो गया है. इस दौरान कई विपक्षी दलों ने वॉकआउट किया है. फिलहाल वोटर आईडी को आधार से लिंक करने का फैसला स्वैच्छिक होगा.
